MANIFESTATION WITH MOTIONS TO DEFER/SUSPEND

THE FILING OF INFORMATION IN COURT AND TO DEFER
THE PROCEEDINGS

____________, by counsel, respectfully files this

Manifestation with motions to defer/suspend the filing of
Information in court and to defer the proceedings, and states
that:

1. On January 20, 2017, the respondent received a copy

of the resolution of the Office of the Provincial
Prosecutor of Lanao del sur dated December 23,
2016, resolving the instant complaint, the dispositive
portion of which reads as follows:

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is

recommended that the Information dated October
24, 2016 that was filed against RAIHANA MAUNA
DISALO a.ka. LALAWIN for violation of Section 5,
Article II of R.A. No. 9165 be amended accordingly
and an Information for violation of Section 25, par (b)
in relation to Section 5, Article II of R.A. No. 9165, be
filed against _______.

2. Based on the 2000 NPS Rule on Appeals, respondent

has Fifteen (15) days to file a Motion for
Reconsideration from receipt of the resolution.
 3. Since the instant resolution was received on January
20, 2017, herein respondent has up until February 6,
2017 to file for her Motion for Reconsideration.

4. In view of the foregoing, herein respondent

respectfully prays before this Honorable office to
suspend the directive of the above-stated resolution
pending the filing of the respondents Motion for
Reconsideration.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, herein respondent

respectfully prays that the instant resolution directing the
filing of the Information against the respondent be
suspended and deferred pending the filing of the
respondents Motion for Reconsideration.

All other reliefs as are just and deemed equitable are

also prayed for.
