My first
thought on seeing it was of course IT matters, its the fabric of modern day enterprise. But upon
reading the article you come to realize thats precisely the authors point. Information technology
has become so ubiquitous that no company can attain distinction simply because of it.
When information technology was new not everyone was aware of its benefits. However,
those who were astute enough to recognize its potential were able to capitalize on the
