over 10 years experience in wind energy consultancy wind and solar resource evaluation

About MEGAJOULE

The organization
Senior management team includes Miguel Ferreira,
Paulo Pinto, Ricardo Guedes, Julieta Silva and
Carlos Santos, with experience up to 20 years in
renewable energies.

Has a core technical team of around 25 persons,

experienced on wind and solar resource assessment
as well as project management.

Cooperates regularly with university and institutes

for research, development and training.

To assure the best quality service, works with a

network of partner companies, aiming to offer

Experienced technicians and auditors

MEGAJOULEs laboratory assures the measuring activities
targeting to deliver to the client a service that, making use of
the best practices (IEC and MEASNET), enable to achieve a high
availability of valid data, as well as minimise the uncertainty
associated to the measurements.

The main services offered by the laboratory are:

Planning, specification and conduction of measuring

campaigns

Audits to measurement stations

Measurement campaigns follow-up (data processing,

validation and results reporting)

Site calibration

Power curve measurement
