Honor Roll/Award Assemblies: Families, due to our student numbers we had to make changes to the originally scheduled
assemblies. We have over 650 students and cannot accommodate seating within our multi-purpose room. Were very sorry for
any inconvenience this may have caused. Reportcards will be sent home with all students on Friday the 27th.

First Grade: Thursday, January 26th, at 9:15 am


Second Grade: Thursday, January 26th, at 10:15 am
Third Grade: Friday, January 27th, at 9:15 am
Fourth Grade: Friday, January 27th, at 2:00 pm
Fifth Grade: Friday, January 27th, at 10:15 am

Cub Cheers: Way to go to Ms. Peters Students theyve did our Friday Morning Announcements and were awesome!
Congratulations to the following students for receiving Cox Cub of the Week: Leyla Garcia, Malia Folau, Aniyah Hampton,
Dylan Crampton, Giselle Jordan-Osemwengie, Ivanna Rodriguez, Yozlin Rueda, Jesse Cortez, Reagan Lewis, Logan Griffith,
Liam Palmer, Sarah Moss, Nikolas Asmundson, Soren Harris, and Lauren Yarbro.

Bravo to Third Grade: Thank you to Mrs. Papanek, our Specialist Department, the Third Grade Teachers, and of
course, our performers, all the third graders and our guitarists! What a wonderful performance you gave us on Friday!

Yearbook Art Contest: Theres still time to get your design in for our yearbook cover! Entries are coming into the front
office and the deadline for all art work is Friday, January 27 th!

Milers News (2nd Posting): Congratulations to the January Milers winners: Nathan Ewing, Jake Hanson, Roman Pandullo,
Brandon Pham, Mary Glasser, Amy Sisavanh, and Connor Truman. Our parent winner is Lydia Rusas! A big Way to Go
goes out to our 100 mile finishers: Cooper Martin, Justin Strickland, and Aidan Loorz!

Guitar Class and Sports Camp Sign-ups: Make sure you get your registration forms into Mrs. Papanek for Guitar and
Mr. Hale for basketball camp! The next sessions start in a couple weeks and classes fill up fast!

Bookworm Breakfast Tuesday: Its that time again, for our monthly Bookworm Breakfast! Please join us for some breakfast
and books in the multi-purpose room this Tuesday at 8:00 am! *All students in attendance will also receive a snack-shack pass for a free treat!

the second semester begins the grading weights
in the gradebook change. Its important to keep
up your best work throughout the entire year.
The first semester is ALWAYS continuous in
scoring with the second semester, it DOES NOT,
start over like in secondary school.
