Why do you want to attend Markhor 2014?

I am trying to improve leadership skills. Last time I was
attended the session of Sir Abdul Samad in Dawah
academy. He was an outstanding instructor. I gained a lot
of thing but Markhor is an outstanding event in which I
improve my leadership skills.
Why do you think you should be selected as a delegate
for Markhor 2014? *
I have a spirit, having a experience of camping in 16th
Islamic youth leadership organized by Afaq in Dawah
academy at Islamabad April 2014, also having a lot of
leading skills and having a ability to take the event
session in extreme conditions.

Tell us about your extra curricular activities *

I am the member of Afaq Legend Club Quetta. And
conduct the events, educational festivals in Balochistan
in different districts and also working as volunteer in
student affair of university.
Share an experience where you collaborated with
others to address an issue/solve a problem in your
surroundings? *
Last month I went my village( native home town), there
is only one primary school for girls. So me and my family
members went MPA's home and discussed that in future
please upgrade girls primary school to high school.
Describe your two most significant failures in life.
What did you learn out of these failures? *
when I lost the teakwondo championship competition I
am very disheartened but at same moment I made vision
InshaAllah next time I will work hard and win the
competition.
List and explain briefly two most critical problems of
our world *
1.Lack of transparency and accountability in government
2.Persistent poverty and rising income inequality
3.Ethnic and religious conflicts and Access to justice and
human rights
Explain briefly what is the most important quality of a
leader? *
A leader must be discipline,selfless, thoughtful with
quick reflexes, focused and courageous, transparent and
truthful.
How will you use your exposure from Markhor to
create an impact in your community/society after the
conference? *
After this event I explore my new ideas voluntarily in any
educational festivals, in youth impact related seminars.
Have you attended any Conference, Leadership /
Personal Development Training before? *
Yes I attended the 16th Islamic youth leadership from 12-
18 April 2014 held in Dawah academy at Islamabad
organized by Afaq.
Do you have any physical or medical condition which
may influence your ability to take part in physically
challenging activities? *
I am the regular player of taekwondo (having green belt)
which influence you and InshaAllah with my all efforts I
do physically challenging activities.

A computer engineer has an important job in the world
of technology,one who researches, plans and develops
computer operating systems being computer engineer I
will make first electronic manufacturing industry in 2025
which generates resources.
Markhor 2014 expects you to carry out a social project I Commit
