Project Details

1) Social Assistance Management System (SAMS) :

The application is build by the Synergy Software Technologies Inc (Synergy). U.S.A is
now Harmony Information Systems Inc (Harmony). The application is the clear
choice for social service automation by linking case management, outcome measures,
budgeting, care planning, service tracking, provider management, information & referral
automation and government reporting. The application contains various sub-modules

Performed Acceptance testing, Ad-hoc testing and System is testing on the whole
application. Regression Testing is going out for new builds.
1.1) Beacon: Beacon IR™ is the tool users need to make a direct and tangible
difference in the lives of consumers. From an agency perspective Beacon IR
offers the opportunity to integrate case management with Information & Referral
activities, allowing for single-point-of-entry data management across
organizations.
1.2) Omnia System: Omnia, "The Ultimate Assessment System", is designed to solve
all of the issues associated with assessments in an elegant manner. The Omnia
system consists of four distinct components: Designer, Interviewer,
Interviewer CE and Analyzer. Designed with simplicity, ease of use and clarity
of design, Omnia is the new standard and you have the power to go beyond
conventional assessment systems.
1.3) Import/Export: The SAMS Import/Export Utility or SAMS IE exports and
imports records between different SAMS databases. Use SAMS IE to move SAMS
administrative tables, Consumers, Reports, Rosters, Routes, and Contracts. Users
can create and compare budgets to SAMS service deliveries in FinPak, an add-on
SAMS budgeting module. SAMS IE exports and imports FinPak budgets and
administrative tables in addition to SAMS data.
1.4) AgingNetwork.com: AgingNetwork.com service is a web portal to Harmony
applications. Each subscriber has a “domain”, which is a controlled access area
on Harmony’s server where applications and customer databases may be
accessed. Customers arrange access to the site through user ID’s and passwords.
When users log in to the domain, they are presented with the applications that
the domain owner has licensed. Access to specific database information is
 controlled by the administrator of the application (SAMS, for example), just as if
it were installed locally.
1.5) AlzTool Application: AlzTool application is reporting tools of AoA Data
Community Portal.

2) Netsuite and Gemini Bugtrack :

It is an online Trouble Shooting application. The customer reports any error in his
resources and the system allocates him the resources and person available.
Performed Unit and Integration Testing on the System. Also performing Regression
Testing on the application till date.
