Detailed Lesson Plan in T.L.

E (Food Processing)
January 12, 2017
I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
a. Through interactive discussion, the learners will be able to identify and describe the different
ingredients used and explain its significant role in meat and poultry processing.
b. The students will be able to translate and internalize the importance of processed meat and poultry
in their daily life.
c. The students will be able to distinguish the methods and demonstrate recipes that use these
methods and ingredients.
