“GOLDEN HANDS” ltd company of JAA is student’s enterprise of Technical Economical high
school of Tirana. It produces artistically fictile products. This company is established close to
SHTET, (Technical Economical high school of Tirana) and the company has all the necessary
supports by our school students furthermore it has an unexpected support by the students of other
schools or well which have approach and supported this unique idea. The main goal is to maintain
the values and the originality of handcrafts and the adoption of customers demands. In our country
these products are unique; this kind of business is set up in a specific profile which aims to
accomplish specific needs in the market. One of the factors that pushed us to set up this business was
the deficit of direct competitors and demands increasing for this product. One of the main reasons
that affect our choice for this product was the loosing sight off of these products by the consumers
and this item has influenced in the reduction of manufacturers production.

2. Legal form of the Company


The legal form of the company is ”corporate association” with 148 share-holders. This company is
under official policies of” Junior Achievement Albania” and rules which are emphatic in the signed
contract to JAA.
Same of the reasons for this kind legal form are:

3) High availability of the capital
4) Opportunities for an unlimited capital
Every product is made to be appropriate best to consumer’s needs and wishes. Based on the set
standards we will try to keep its originality.

original characteristics.

The main responsibilities of the president of this company are to follow and execute strategically

effective management of the Board of Directors meeting according to regulation and parliamentary
procedures. Also it is to be assured that the directors of the company to be acquainted with these
rules before the meeting of the Directors Board.
¾ The Vice President of Production
He is responsible for the development of a process who provides that all the costumers to get the
high-quality products and to decide on “How, Where and who” for the production. The main
responsibilities are: Orders of the resources, setting the objectives of the production, setting the
strategies of the production as well as the monitoring of the products.
¾ The Vice President of Marketing
He is responsible to execute these policies like marketing analysis, marketing strategies, the best way
to distribute the products, advertising and the best way to do the promotion, clear sales objectives,
the market and the objective target group.

He is responsible to compile the Compensation Plan of the company as well as to obtain information
relating to absences, pay-lists, and the contract of the company and other data of the company. The
main responsibilities are: Business Plan for the company, attendance record, administrative data,
share-holders certificates and the share-holders registration.
¾ The Vice President of Public Relation
He is responsible to approve the product, before the company beginning to produce. Also he is
responsible to coordinate and develop a Business Plan and the Annual report, which are very
important documents which inform the public for the company.
¾ The Vice President of Finance
He is responsible for the Financial Plan, to budget and keeping records of financial Data as well as
monitoring of the company progress to reach the financial porpoise. Honesty keeping records of
financial data are essential for the company maintenance.
¾ The Vice President of Information Technology
He is responsible for the detailed information and latest news which comes from Internet; also he has
an important role in having idea and applying the Logo and Website of the company.

The product which we have chosen to produce gives us the possibility of the indirect competition but
like any company of JAA we have a competitor the competitive schools which take part in this
activity. However we are specialized in this field and must have priority in comparison to other
companies. We have to say that competitors aren’t within this program but seeing for we can say our
other competitors are all they companies which operate in the same market with the same product.

students of Technique Economic High School-Tirana. After we have had a clear vision about what
will be successful and after that we analyzed all the different ideas we decided about the production
and processing of the products with artistic clay products: Why we are different from the others is
the great participation of the students of our school as well as the students of other schools but the
mostly important thing is that we realize our costumers ideas through artistic clay base products. The
potential clients of the company are the students of elementary and secondary schools as well as all
the inhabitants of our city because they need for something special in their house and in their work.
The best one is an art possession to cover empty spaces.

We sell our products with clay base to the students of our school and to other persons who are
interested to buy this product. We might say that the students are our main target group. They are
disposal to buy our products because we are the only that produce this kind of products, that might
say proudly” unique”. Also the quality of our products is too high.
