crafts. As you can see below from the organizational structure of this company it is a company
which works from the top to the bottom. We will explain below in general lines of structure of this
company or well as the main responsibilities of the Directors Board. The employers shall be

¾ The President
The main responsibilities of the president of this company are to follow and execute strategically
plans of the company as well as day by day observations. One of these responsibilities also is the
effective management of the Board of Directors meeting according to regulation and parliamentary
procedures. Also it is to be assured that the directors of the company to be acquainted with these
rules before the meeting of the Directors Board.
¾ The Vice President of Production
He is responsible for the development of a process who provides that all the costumers to get the
high-quality products and to decide on “How, Where and who” for the production. The main
responsibilities are: Orders of the resources, setting the objectives of the production, setting the
strategies of the production as well as the monitoring of the products.
¾ The Vice President of Marketing
He is responsible to execute these policies like marketing analysis, marketing strategies, the best way
to distribute the products, advertising and the best way to do the promotion, clear sales objectives,
the market and the objective target group.

The product which we have chosen to produce gives us the possibility of the indirect competition but
like any company of JAA we have a competitor the competitive schools which take part in this
activity. However we are specialized in this field and must have priority in comparison to other
companies. We have to say that competitors aren’t within this program but seeing for we can say our
other competitors are all they companies which operate in the same market with the same product.
We will try that these companies we will give in our part thought our qualities products.
