During my ninth month on board I still doing my paper work, and so far there is no big matter occurred.

In this moth, our vessel just completed from dry dock in Lamongan. During first voyage after dry
docking, we experience black out which caused by clogged fuel oil strainer, the strainer clogged by fabric
fiber which used by dock hand to clean F.O. tank

For planning pre attending dry dock, chief engineer prepare some manual book for machinery
which need to be overhauled, report of running hour and some pipe and valve which need to be changed
Also requisition for store and spare parts.

Thats all this report i make, and thanks for all time and attention given.
