II. OBJECTIVES:

B. Prepare and cut materials according to the standard operating procedure with outmost enthusiasm.
C. Assemble garment parts for children's wear and sew garment parts properly.
D. Design and sew childrens' wear according to the child's measurement.
E. Pass the project on time.
V: PROCEDURE:
A. Basic Skirt Procedure.
1. Overedge side seams of front /back skirt.
2. Sew the darts.
3. Join side seams.
4. Make a temporary stitch around waistline( Fold the darts facing down.)
5. Prepare waistband or elastic.
6. Install elastic or garter to waistline.
7. Topstitch waistband.
8. Overedge bottom hem, fold and stitch.
9. Cut excess thread.
B. Blouse Procedure.
1. Overedge shoulder and side seams of the front/back of blouse; sleeve hem and sleeves side seams.
2. Join shoulder seams
3. Join side seams.
4. Prepare the sleeves. (Locate center of the shoulder and sleeve; pin down the sleeves to the armhole
5. Sew the sleeve to the armhole.
6. Overedge bottom hem.
7. Sew and fold bottom hem.
8. Cut excess threads.
9. Pressed finished garment.
Note: when edging, right side of cloth must face towards the operator.
