The LDMF Foundation announces a research project on: "Peace & Human Potential
( Human Stages of Development )"Researcher: Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken

PROJECT GOAL:
- Study the relationship between peace, global peace, and human potential, through
the identification of human stages of development.
- DNA Studies, as well as behavior, perception, skills, traits, cognitive abilities,
decision making ability, multiple intelligences, social abilities, and other indicators
provided by social and natural sciences will at several stages of progress of this
research project verify the results achieved.

INTENTION & BACKGROUND
- For this purpose peace as result of individual development, family, community or
collective, organization, culture and nation, and the interaction between them will
be studied.
- Peace will be studied in relation to universal history events, the understanding of
war, conflict, is key for the understanding of peace.
- Peace achieved through daily life interaction, empowered at fields of human
experience like: family, culture, professional development, business, politics, belief,
spiritual.
- Human potential and peace will be studied in Martial arts and military practices,
yoga (Meditation and other practices applied at spiritual circles and religions,
including those of mystics and saints), performing arts, love relationship and
sexuality, culture development, gamification (story telling, primordial archetypes,
language, communication, emotions, cultural ritual), corporate development, wealth
generation, governance policy, law (including human rights, labor rights) and politic
party practices applied to peace, education, science and technology, life
sustainability, heritage and legacy.
- By the study of non violence, and natural rights, natural human self-development,
as well study of laws, principles, cycles and rhythms of nature. How in nature peace
is achieved and if is possible, considering human species survival as the necessary
outcome of peace.
- The intention of the project is to identify stages of development that would
naturally bring the individual (and his/her collective) forward in progress, evolution,
advancement of own culture and civilization through peace, life-sustainability/care,
and human species survival strategy.

RESULTS 1993-2017
- The researcher has identified 9 stages of development
- Through empiric findings, indirect assessment through the proces of providing
trainings, coaching, consultancy the 9 stages of development have been verified.
- The 9 stages of development have been as well utilized by ancient cultures and
civilizations, and seems to be a reference for, but not limited to, belief and religious
practices.
- The researcher created a score card, and matrix (The Matrix 9+) for the
assessment on stages of development.
- In 2014, a tool for analysis which uses vectorial math and the Matrix 9+, as well
as graph-based representation of the development progress in time, has been
created.
- Since 2015 Training programs, coaching methods and consultancy practices have
been designed in order to provide indirectly or directly an assessment useful for this
research.
- Since 2016 Gamification has been used in order to continue the study, assessment
through games

He has been dedicated to Business Know How Development since 1993, through the study of laws, cycles, rhythms
and principles of nature, biohacking, personal development and human potential. His know how has been upgraded
since 2000 several times, now known as Prime Tech Theta, includes assessment tools, strategy and decision making
tools, methods for the quantification of value, score card, as well as Training programs for self-management,
coaching, team building and personal development.!
He provides holistic training programs, in which personal development and self-management is integrated to practical
daily life business needs and the complex multidimensional matrix type of analysis a modern company needs for a
global market.!
With experience in business consultancy, and business entrepreneurship, since the year 2000, in countries like Chile,
Peru, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Russia, Belgium, Finland and The Netherlands; as well have provided
