my future life. As this is the first experience of my life in practical life it is

internship at Dr. Frigz international Pvt. Ltd in moth of august and September
2013. I mostly work in HRM department of the company and perform all the
functions that an employee was performed in organization. During first few
days I was learned about the culture of professional organization how to
interact with people, managers and directors. I was got complete knowledge
of human resource department and other departments of the organization.

I was work in Dr. Frigz international Pvt. Ltd like an employee of the
organization and perform all the functions that an officer of the company
performed, Internship

experience taught me lot aspects of professional life like team working,


communication, responsibility, time management and hard working. As an
internee nature of work in quiet basic for me but I was much understand what
the professional life is.

This internship report keeps a complete record of work that I was assigned in
human resource department and some other departments of organization.
This report contains complete details of human resource department
activities like recruitment, selection, training and development, emulation of
performance, compensation and rewards etc. During this period I was found
that human resource department is very important for any organization to
improve it efficiency, employee's performance, to detect the problem, find
best solution of the problem. This department helps organization to sort out
best employees for organization to increase its profitability.

At the end of my internship report I was conclude all the learning and skills

1.1 Purpose of Study

The first main purpose of my study my internship is to fulfill the degree


requirement of the Master in Business Administration at University of Gujrat
(UOG), The second aim of this study is to enhance my personal skills and
abilities. Further the purpose of the study is to utilize the classroom
knowledge in business fields and to see how the book knowledge used in
practical life.

1.2 Scope of Study

The scope of my study is too focused on the working of the Human Resource
Department and the other related department in the history. The scope of this
study is not only to HRM department I also review the working of the other
departments of the company like R & D, Finance, IT and other departments.
During the internship the observation was focused on internal matters of Dr.
Frigz International Pvt. Ltd. i.e. organizational culture, organization
environment, promotion strategies, decision making process communication
styles, labor unions, labor laws, organization hierarchy etc.

1.4 Limitation

The following are some limitation which I faced during the conduct of my
study:

Unavailability of Information:

I am not the employee of the company so it is not possible for me to get all
information about the company. I am only 8 weeks worker of the company
and also junior's among all of them so they don't want to tell me about the
main sources. The availability of data was problem all the documents and
files are kept under lock and key due to confidential nature.

Lack of Time:

The time available for analysis is too short as one cannot properly understand
and analyze the operations and policies of the company in just six weeks,

Lack of Knowledge:

As a student in practical field I have no past experience of data collection,


data analysis and integrating so it was a limitation which I face during my
study.

Political Environment is favorable for the company because the


Government encourages the exporters of Pakistan by providing certain
incentives because it would help to generate profits not only for the industry
but also for the country. As the government of Pakistan is not stable it change
after some time as maximum after five years so due to change in
government there will be change in industrial rules as well that may harmful
for the industrialist.

Economically Dr. Frigz International Pvt. Ltd is contributing in the shape of


providing employment opportunities for the several peoples of the country
and become the source of earning for many families. As the Pakistan is
famous in exporting surgical instruments all over the world so this industry
earn a lot of profits and also have a great contribution in economic
development as well.

Social environment is always favorable in surgical industry as it does not


have side effects on the society. The instruments of surgical used to save the
lives of several humans so the peoples have a good faith with such industry
and think that their valuables would be better saved.

The company uses the latest technology for the production of goods. The
company used the new and efficient machinery to manufacture the latest
model of surgical and reduce the chances of errors. The progress in the
computer industry is favorable for the organization as today most of the

Admin department did not take decision about anything they got information

responsibilities. They receive strategies and goals from top management then
take certain actions to implement all over the organization.

3.4.2 Human Resource Department:

Human resource department deals with the hiring of new employees and
firing of the employees. Human resource department maintain the full
record of all the

employees of the organization. Human Resource Department also maintains


the attendance of the employees and also made the salaries of the
employees and also evaluating the performance of the employees.

3.4.2.1. Maintenance of personal files:

As we have mentioned earlier that HRM maintain the record of every new
employee. Whenever a new employee enter into the organization they should
complete their file at HR department and the employee bound to give all the
necessary information that required by the organization. Without their
completion of the file no salary will be issued to the new employee,

3.4.2.2. Correspondence:

There is a record of each employee by personal department as well as this


department use this record for promotion of the employees. The minimum
promotion time is five year for each employee of the organization. There is an
annually check of each employee record through ACR (Annual Confidential
Report). Any kind of personal problem of the employee or work related
problem will maintain in employees personal file that is saved by personal
department. If any employee of the organization want to leave this
organization more than 30 days then related department of the employee
will approval them and send to the personnel department.

3.4.3 Account and Finance Department:

Account and finance department of the company deals with financial issues
of the company. This department of company is very important as it deals
with financially matters. This department has full record of financial thing that
is done in past and present. Account and finance department provide the
information to directors about the current position of the company. This
department have information regarding to daily transaction and how much
daily inflow and outflow of cash made by the

3.4.4 Export and Import Department:

Export and Import department is an important department of the


organization because it deals with all the products export and all the raw
material that can be import from the different countries_ It also helps to
reducing the cost of products and also helps to increase the sales of the
organization. This department also helps to improve the quality of the
products as well.

3.4.5 Information Technology Department:

Informaton Technology department plays an important role in the


organization. All the software and system used in the organization are
controlled and protect by the IT department. IT department handle all the day
to day issues regarding to software. Information technology department also
protect the software from hackers as the software have very confidential
information of the company.

3.4.6 Production Department:

Production department deals with the production of the finished products.


This department is the main department of the organization, This department
receives the raw material and after certain process convert the raw material
into finished goods that can be export to the customer of the organization.

3.4.7 Quality Assurance Department:


As it clear from the name of department 'Quality Assurance" it assures the
quality of the products of organization. All the E-mails from the customer
relating to quality, and sketch of any new product receive by this department.

3.4.8 Quality Control Department:

QC department control the quality of the products. It is an impartment


department of the organization as it controls the quality, it gives the report to
the QA department of the organization that whether the instruction given
to production department achieved or not.

3.4.9 Security Department:

Due to having the assets of billions Dr. FRIGZ have its own security
department and CCTV cameras. All the security guards are the employee of
the organization a responsible to provide the full safety to the organization
from thieves.

objectives of organization. Clear and defined goals and objectives can be
beneficial for both organization and employees as well. Dr. frigz international
Pvt. Ltd have clear goals and objectives and these are communicated to all
the management as well_ All the employees of the organization are recruited
on merit basis. Company allocates resources and work on the ability basis
and with the interest of employee as when employees are interested in work
they perform well and more productive. Company also provides different
facilities to employees like career development opportunities and provides
some other facilities as medical facility, provides vehicles to high staff. So the
employees are satisfied with benefits of organization and there is high
turnover rate of the employees of this organization. Satisfaction rate of the
employees and customer is high as the customers are satisfied with the
products and company also provides full right to customer for any complain.
Organization has trained staff and customers are satisfied with their
performance and there is increase in the number of customers day by day.

cGMP, CE Mark Certified and company set their internal structure according
to these certificates.

4. Internee Work

4.1 Brief Introduction of office

I have done my six weeks internship at Dr. Frigz International (Pvt.) Ltd near
Fatima Hospital, Air port road, Guhad Fur, Sialkot. Dr_ Frigz is having only one
factory in Sialkot. The company has a neat and clean building with a beautiful
structure and also have a good location and near to the city. Mr. Muhammad
Asif is the Human Resource Manager who works with the company about for
last 8 years. He is very intelligent and talented with high qualification and
also has the capability to work under certain critical circumstances_ In HR
Department there are two HR officers who worked under the supervision of
HR Manager. They are also very corporative and professional. The HR staffs
perform their duties with honesty and achieve their task with effectively. I
was given a chance to work with Mr. Muhammad Asif who is the Human
Resource manager. I had also worked with Mr. Wacas Ali and Mr. Qurnais who
is the HR officers at Dr. Frigz. Mostly I have worked with these two persons
during my internship.

All the staff members of organization was very kind and cooperative and
guide me a lot in all matters of mine work. They helped me to use all my
personal skills and

abilities during my internship work so that I will learnt more about the
industrial work that will helpful for my future life.

I was started my internship at Dr. Frigz International (Pvt.) Ltd on 15th of


August 2013 and worked till 28th of September. This period of my life is much
important for my life as I was spent my time with mature personalities that
are very kind to me, This is the period of great experience of my life as after
this MBA session I will in industry as a worker of any big organization_ It was
a great experience as I never seen an environment of any organization. I
have a lot of information and experience about the industry and how to tackle
different contingency issues during the working hours. The staff gave me full
chance to work as an employee of the company and I have full access to run
the software of the company as well,

On the first and second week of my internship I was work with Human
Resource manager Mr. Muhammad Asif and their supervision is very effective
for mine carrier as well. He made me able to learn about the basics concepts
of Human Resource

4.4 Detail Description on Department


4.4.1 Admin Department

Admin department did not take decision about anything they got information
from the top management and then follow that instructions and
responsibilities. They receive strategies and goals from top management then
take certain actions to implement all over the organization.

Record of Company Assets

Admin department and Admin Manager are responsible to maintain the


record of company's assets. The admin department makes records of all the
purchases of the company whether the company purchases any raw material
or any other things that are under the custody of company. They also make
records of sales of assets whether it is any property, machinery or good of
the company. Admin department also keeps the record of purchaser of the
materials and sellers of the assets.

Insurance of company's assets

Admin department is responsible to insured all the assets of the company


from Finance department_ All the assets of the company including building,
machinery, vehicles and all the employees are insured so that the company
recovers its loss in case of any disaster.

,%- Recover the loan from employees

In case of emergency all the employees have the right to get the loan from
the company. In any employee left the company and there is something
remaining of

that person.

.-- Controlling Overall Organization

Every department is responsible to perform and control their own activities


but admin department is responsible to look after all the department of the
organization. Admin department is responsible to implement decisions of top
level management and C.E.O and directors of the company to the whole
organization.

The other duties of admin department are also as under:

1. Maintenance responsibility and fulfill the demands of departments of the


organization

3. Obeying the CEO guidelines and instructions and directors of company as


well.

4.4.2 Human Resource Department

Human Resource Department deals with recruitment of the new employee


and selects the best one. HR department also provides the training to the
employees to enhance their performance of their employees. Human
Resource department also maintain the attendance of the employees and
salaries of the employees. HR department also have a complete record of
employees who work with the organization and employee who had left the
organization.

Maintenance of personal files

All the employees of the organization have their own personal files at Human
Resource department, Whenever a new employee enters into the
organization they should give their complete information to HR department
as per company policy. First HR department write the skills of the new
employee on a single paper and send to the related director of production
and if they pass the employee then HR department prepare their personal
file and put their full information into the software.

:ii- Correspondence

The HR department also maintains the record of their labor force for
career promotion and the minimum promotion period is one year. At the end
of each year they check the record of each employee and increase the salary
of each employee according to their performance. If any employee absent for
more than 7 days then

the related department inform the HR department then HR department issue


a notice to that employee and employee must give a written answer to the
company.

Attendance and salary

HR department also maintains the attendance of the each employee


and management. Each employee has their company card that is basically
the identity of the employment and each employee should swap in
machine. The machine automatically makes the attendance of the employee
but the HR officer must sure the attendance of the employee. It is the
responsibility of the HR officer to make sure the attendance so that nobody
swaps other absent employee. Salaries of each employee also maintain by
the HR department.

To make the salaries of the each employee it should be impartment to done


the missing out. Missing out means if an employee punches the card early
morning but they did not swapped the card when they left the company.

When a new person come for a job the first interview is conducted by the HR

Written Test:

When HR manager satisfied with the new applicant then a written test is
given to the applicant. The company has its own test for every field i.e. for
the post of computer operator test include some basic computer questions
and for field applicant test include some question related to surgical industry.

Interview with G.M

After those tests an interview is conducted with G.M of production they may
conduct some try on production i.e. for machine operator they said to
applicant to operate the machine.
Final Interview:

If the applicant passes all the above process then a final interview is
conducted with Director of That field, If an employee hire for top
management then final interview conducted with C.E.0 of the organization.

to their new as well as old employees of organization.

Training is very important for better performance and increase in the


productivity of current and new employees. When Dr. Frigz purchase new
machinery they hire technician from abroad who provide training to the
employees,

Today there is a lot of completion in the market so it important for the


company to keep up with the industry trends otherwise their products remain
outdated. And employees are the main source of success for any organization
so the company should provide their employees effective training that will
profitable for company in

Performance Appraisal

Performance evaluation is very critical and difficult for any company, It is very
difficult for the organization to review that whether their annually stated
goals and needs of organization and employees are met or not Performance
appraisal helps employees to know about their boss roles and to have better
relationship with their coworkers. /f any company fails to overlook the
performance issues it will definitely effect their performance, reduce the
profit ability, morale of their employees, decrease in the efficiency and
effectiveness of management and overall the organization, The system of
employee score performance also having useful influence on effective
performance appraisals in organization.

Performance Appraisal Process

Following are the four steps of performance appraisal:

HR department also deals with the personal matters of the employees arising
from the working environment or from the lower management decisions.
Normally issues arise when two employees working at the same level and
upper management give promotion to one employee and other employee has
been neglected. Such problems first discuss with the supervisors of the
employees if the dispute is unable to resolve then the problem goes to the
General Manager of the related production department and even if the matter
is not solved then it is presented to HR department who discuss this problem
with directors of the related production department and they both discuss the
problem in detail and try to find a profitable solution that is favor in the side
of employee and company as well.

Social security

Social security is the aid that organization gives to their employees who are
unable to bear the expenses of their medical treatment.
Accommodation

Company also provides some accommodation to their employees. But this


facility provides only for management. Company provides this facility to
motivate their management employees.

4.4.3. Account & Finance Department

This department deals with the financial matters of the organization. It is an


impartment department of the organization because it has the complete
records of financial position of the organization. It provides the information
about the daily

transactions, tells about the cash inflow and outflow of organization. This
department has complete records of business statements. It also tells how
much money comes in the organization and how much money goes out of the
organization.

Account and finance department plays an impartment role in any

4-Voucher checking

This is the responsibility of an accountant to verify the voucher. The


accountant also maintains the record of vouchers that are issued and they
saved all vouchers in files for future records. In case of any misunderstanding
it is very helpful for accountant to search that voucher. All the vouchers are
kept serial wise so that it can easily pick up whenever we need it.

4-Ensure inputs data

This is the responsibility of the accountant that to ensure that input data is
valid and reliable or not then it is approved by the related authority. To ensure
the accountant should know that all the transactions are put with their right
codes.

4-Safe custody of files

After completion of vouchers and putting those in files for later use the
accountant should checked those files by the finance manager so that any
mistake sorted out earlier. Then after the final check by the manager those
files are kept in related cabinet for safe custody.

Import and export is an important department of the organization because it

different countries. It also helps to reduce the cost of the products of

management to improve the quality of the products of company_ Marketing
activities also perform within this department. It deals with marketing mix.

It deals with marketing activities whether to increase the sales of


organization, increase the customers or whether to expand their market. Dr.
Frigz International Pvt. Ltd. Have four managers according to requirement of
customers and market.

Import of raw material:

This department deals with imports of company. Manager and officers of


import and export department always try to reduce the cost of raw material
and improve the quality as well. Cost of raw material can be crucial for
setting company products so this department tries to get raw material from
such a deaGer that provide low cost and good quality.

Marketing mix deals with four P's of marketing what are the products
company produce, what price it required, where they place their goods and
services and what promotional strategies to promote their products to current
and potential customers.

Marketing strategies formulation:

Import and export department manager and officer's deals with making
marketing strategies that is more suitable for organization_ Formulation of
these strategies helps managers to understand which products have to be
produces and who are the target customers. It would also help to understand
how to improve our quality according to our customer requirements.
Product efficiency:

Import and export department managers busy to improve the quality of the
products that is main motto of the company_ Customers of the company
shows trust on quality of the company that why company still have first
customer of the company. It is very hard for any company to differentiate
itself from competitors as there are many changes in market trends.

Product extension:

Managers of import and export department also deal with product extension
strategy. As due to the globalization there is much competition in market.
There is change in demands of customers day by day so it is tough for an
organization to get competitive edge in market so managers of Dr. Frigz try to
expend their product line to satisfy their customer's needs_

Information Technology engaged in making the software of the organization


and also in the maintenance of the software as well. All the software and
systems of Dr. Frigz are controlled by IT department. The machine that is
placed at the entrance of Dr. Frigz where the employees swap their card, this
software is also made by IT engineer.

Following are the functions of information technology department of Dr. Frigz:

Maintenance of Software:

Manager and officers of information technology department are engaged in


maintenance of software's of Dr. Frigz which are made by them. Information
technology is a complicated issue because industry is much technological
oriented. If there is any temporary fault occurs during a transition then it is
the responsibility of IT department to solve it.
Protect of Software from hacking:

Protection of software's of Dr. Frigz is the responsibility of information


technology manager and officers of IT department. Every organization has its
privacy so it is the responsibility of the IT manager to protect software of the
company from any hacker. Today there are lots of hackers that hack
software of different organization and get the information of anything about
the organization like financial privacy, products design, policies etc.

Development of Software:

Manager of the information technology department are responsible to


develop and search latest and new software that are effective and useful
for the organization. All the systems of the Dr. Frigz are interlinked with one
main server. This networking system would help the information technology
manager to recover lost data from any computer inside the organization.

Quality assurance department assure the quality of products of Dr. Frigz. All
the orders of customers related to different quality handle by QA department.

Quality Assurance control all the activities relating to quality and audit as

QA department are interlinked with quality assurance department. When the


products get completed then these products checked by QC department and
make sure that products are fine in quality that recumbent by QA

In first step of production department material keeps for further process. In


first stage it was point to be noted that material should be according to the

specification. Surgical and medical instruments are produce with stainless

steel and steel can be magnetic and nonmagnetic.

2) Inspection of material

When raw material comes in production department it was checked by


inspection inspector or officer that confirms the quality and quantity of raw
material,

3) Storage of material

When inspection of material was complete then it was store in stores of the
production department for further processes.
4) Forging

In this process there is change in raw shapes of materials. It can be changing


though compressive forces. Shape can be change in hot or cold states.

5) Annealing

In annealing material can process to soften for further process.

6) Trimming

After forging we get a crude shape of material. Through trimming process we


get more desirable shape of material.

7) Filling

After shaping the raw product in desirable shape there is further process of

After changing the shape of material it put further for heat treatment. In heat
treatment process material can be change in physically and there is also
change in chemical properties of material as well. Heat treatment increases
the efficiency and characteristics of products.

9) Chemical treatment

Chemical treatment is done is done with material to clean product surface. It


will helps product from carrion resistance.

10) Pickling

After chemical treatment pickling process is used to remove the scale that
formed due to oxidation. Different kinds of acids used for this process like
sulfuric acid.

11) Fixing of product

After chemical treatment and pickling product if finally fix to perform their
function effectively,

At this stage material is finally polish to change the physically appearances of
the product whether it is dull shape or mirror shape.

13) Checking and packing

After all the processes of production finally product is send to quality control
and quality assurance department to confirm the quality of product. After
final inspection it will further packed for final customers.

4.5 Detail description of the task assigned to me:

I do my internship at Dr. Frigz for six weeks and the directors of Dr. Frigz has
given me full opportunities to work in all the departments of organization
except import and Export and security department.

During my first two weeks of internship I was spent my time in Human


Resource Department and the details of Human Resource department has
been discussed earlier. I was given multiple tasks during my first two weeks
of my internship, In first week HR manager was given me a complete
introduction of the Human Resource department of Dr. Frigz. In the first week
he was told me to just collect the information about what Human Resource
department actually is and activities of HR. I was given the previous audit
reports, labor laws, company handbook, and admission form of new
employee, organization restrictions rules of behavior with employees who are
given in international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 9002 etc. Human
Resource Department activities mostly have been involved in recruitment and
selection of the new employees. In this department the most crucial is the
documentation and I was given many attendance form and employment
form to fill it correctly. I filled almost 30 to 40 employment form means I has
been done entry of 40 new employees of the organlzation. Employee
document include appointment as contract base, salary base employee
and part-time employee. On the employment form there was complete
information written relate to new employee. On the hiring form there is one
column which requires the information about the guarantor's information who
gives the guarantee of the employee.

After this I was given the task to complete the file of every new employee,
files of attendance, and job analysis which include JD (job description), JS
(job specification), Offer letter, JE (job evaluation). This was a very tough work
because JD and JS were not easily to understand in such a short time but I
tried my best to learn a lot. I was also told to learn how to prepared salary of
the employees. Following are some tasks of my first two week:

I my 3 RI and 4th I was sent to production department where I was given a


chance to work with production manager Mr. Baber. Mr. Baber told me about
the basics of the production department. I also asked him about the minimum
qualification of the production employees, their skills and experience.

During that time I personally has been see the working of all the sub
departments of production department. These all the information helped me
to understand the job description and job specification of the organization.
These all the things I matched with files I studied in my previous weeks
to access that the remuneration they get is matched with the standards or
rules of Human Resource department, There are about to 50 to 60 processes

these weeks I also worked in Human Resource department,

In my 5th week I was sent to Finance department under the supervision of


Mr. Safyan tang. At finance department I learned how daily vouchers has
been prepared and posted. I also got the information what are the
responsibilities performed in finance department and finance officers.

In last week of my internship I was again sent to Human Resource


department under the supervision of Mr. Wadas Ali. He told me to maintain
the full record of Human Resource department and also made the salary
sheets of the employees. Iperformed all the responsibilities very well. Mr.
Wadas was the most corporative person I found.

At the very last time I individually performed all the responsibilities of an HR


officer and all the members satisfied with my performance and also
appreciated me a lot.

4.6 Summery of Learning

I am working as an internee by Dr. Frigz International (Pvt.) Ltd. at


headquarters located in Gohad pur, Sialkot Doing of internship at Dr. Frigz
international (Pvt.) Ltd. is a great experience of my life. It provides me a full
opportunity to have an experience work in a well-developed organization.
From the first day of my internship I got an opportunity to work as an
employee of company.

As an internee I worked with both Managers and officers of Human Resource


department. Both the manager and officers helped me to connect with
resources of organization means they try to help me to work on the software
of the company. I have learned that for the achievement of success in any
field of life I must have to be very hard working, efficient, punctual, effective,

techniques, organizational abilities etc. Time has a great value in life I learned
a lot about the importance of time in business I saw how organization
completed his task within time because it is a good sign to impress the new
customer of company. Time is also very important for the employees I learnt
punctually and entered in the organization in time and out as well because I
don't want to give bad image of me to organization.

During this short period I learned a lot about patience because some time I
was assigned some work that I would not like to do that work but that time I
have to perform that work because that is mine responsibility.

I am not the employee of the organization but I bound to pay full time to
organization. I have learned a lot how to work in a team how to behave in a
team how to cooperate with team members. Team work is a great
experienced because in teams the work can be manage and decided first so
it is quiet easy to achieve the tasks of department although perform it
individually. I improved my personal communication skill to deal the staff
members, labor and directors as well. Sometimes to handle some labor were
quiet difficult but I did all these things efficiently and effectively.

I have no knowledge about the business organization and their policies and
environment but internship provide me full opportunity to learn about all
these things. l learnt about the industry and business terminologies with the
knowledge of Human Resource department, Production, Account & Finance,
QA and QC department. My practical knowledge also improved by
understanding different business terms which will help me in my future_

After I have completed my internship at Dr. Frigz International (Pvt.) Ltd l


have full confident myself that I have achieved great progress to work
in an organization. From the first day of my internship I have been very
critical of myself. At the start of my internship I had done some faults and
degrading myself and my work however through time and experience I am
satisfied with my performance.

At Human Resource Department I am responsible to recorded all the mails of


HR department in register and stamped in that time. I performed all the
above responsibilities of Human Resource department. Then I used to deduct
the late entrance of the labor after lunch break. I also used to make the pass

confidential information I was much afraid of any mistake but Mr. Wacias kept
on guiding me so I felt relaxed completed that work, I was also given
the responsibility to maintain the overtime of employees of 2 halls it is quite
difficult and usually they are not allowed to internee to make it. Because any
change in the timing of overtime it totally changed the salary of an
employee, First I maintained manual files of overtime then put all them on
software to add this overtime hours in their monthly salary. I also handled any
dispute of employee relating to HR department. I also used to call other
departments and also received the calls of many other departments and
directors and C.E.O as well.

At production department I was given the responsibility to communicate with


the employees. I also deal with different employees of different departments
with the permission of Mr. Baber. At account and finance department I was
not given too many responsibilities as I am not internee of that department I
just leant how to make the vouchers. I also distributed the salary among the
employees of organization.

During this short period of time I have much experience and meeting with
some professionals and managers of the different departments. During
internship I met with different peoples from lower level to high level means I
have improved my communication skills. I have got an idea how to talk with a
supervisor, director and D.E.. and how to handle a labor of the organization.
All these things will affect my future when I will enter into the market after
the completion of my study. I also learnt about the environment of an
organization which is beneficial in my future life when I will enter into an
organization for job.
Working as a professional is totally different from your education career
because there is a big difference between educations that we got in
education filed with practical job in any industry.

I found book knowledge only in Human Resource department in HR planning


and carrier development and in Account & finance Department. But in
other department there was nothing related to my book knowledge. But in
spite of this knowledge I cannot ignore or reject the bookish knowledge
because without the bookish knowledge you will not enter in industry you did
not have any ability to talk with business successors,

This is the great time of my life as this would help me a lot in my future life
when I will start my professional career after the completion of my degree.
Here I mention that it was the corporation, guidance and support of my staff
at Dr. Frigz. At Dr. Frigz I get the real picture of professional man and
professional field

outside the colleges, universities and homes. In professional life there is a lot
of competition and it urging an employee to utilize their time and work hard
so that they will get promotion. If you want to achieve any status or goal you
should have to work hard otherwise you will have empty hands.

5.1. A summary of key conclusion derived from internship experience:

Internship experience in such a good organization Dr.Frigz International Pvt.


Ltd was very effective in development of my personality in positive way as it
will helpful for my future life. During this period of time I got to know the
success factors like if you want to success in life you should have to work
hard because there is very tough and hard completion in market and one
should prove itself as a hard worker to get all success in the market and life.
During my internship I learned some important thing for the success of goals
which are as follow:

You should show many efforts to achieve the goals and duties assign to you.

And the most important thing I learned passion and tactics as I am straight
forward person but in professional life you have to bear many things opposite
to your nature.

Being punctual is also one of the most important parts of doing a job,
unpunctuality is not a good thing as it spoils your image and in organization
image building is also very important

I learned how to work as professional and employee of a big orginzation. I


learned how to work under the supervision of their bosses and how to handle
the work under pressure with limited resources and time. The experience
made me realize that world going very fast and you also should going fast if
you want to achieve some success in life.

This experience gave me an opportunity to meet with different professionals


and learn from them and the staff of the organization is very experienced and
I had a chance to build links with them who guide me in my future as well.

5.2. General observation about the sector:

There is huge changing in economic environment of the sector and creating a


lot of opportunities for the decision makers to invest in this sector. Report of
TDAP showed that there in an increase in the export of surgical and
medical instruments. According to their report of 2012 value of export in such
industry increase from US$ in thousands from 229,201to 260,598 and it will
increase in future. This shows that there is an increase of 13.7 % from
previous years.

Industrial sector plays a very important in any country's economic growth.


This sector contributes a lot in the economy and has a historical record.
Sialkot is the main place of production of such industry in Pakistan. According
to a report of TDAP there is almost 99% export of surgical and medical
instrument is from Sialkot alone,

Industry plays an effective role in social sector by providing lot job


opportunities in economy. When British doctors starts use surgical
instruments they were import such instruments from Sialkot region where
there were experienced labor. Such sector earns a lot foreign exchange in
form of export to high income markets like USA, France, Belgium etc. there is
major contribution of this sector in GDP and it is not possible to survive
without this sector.

Dr. Frigz International Pvt. Ltd contributes a lot in such sector and has latest
technology inside the company have experienced employees and labor.
According to report of TDAP Dr. Frigz International Pvt. Ltd was ranked at 21c1
position of best exporter of surgical and medical instruments in Pakistan.

SWOT analysis is very important for any organization get to know their
position in market. These analyses will helpful for organization to know about
their strength in which they have expertise and what are the weak points of
the company. Effectively use of strength will leads an organization towards
competitive edge. Through this analysis company get to know best
opportunities that are available in market and it takes steps to avail best
opportunities that match with company resources and that is much beneficial
for the company. Finally company uses this analysis to view the threat that
may harm the organization. I try to explain and view the company's

Nobody is perfect in this world every one wants to be perfect and works hard
day and night to achieve perfect dignity in world. There is always space for
improvement of deficiencies. Here I mention some recommendations that
may effective for better improvement for organization_
+ R & D department: company should have a research and development
department that continuously work to search new products features and
designs.

Research cell should collect information about the current actions of their
competitors and are their future strategies.

Company should made effective marketing strategies in order to advertise


their products in international market

+ Company should introduce new capital in form of efficient labor force to


get competitive labor,

Company need to have excellence method of recruitment and promotion


so that are employees are treat equally_

Company should have a strong reward system. When employees are


satisfied they perform well and there is increase in the productivity of the
