What worked in the product
- the taste and the quality of the pancakes
- Having fillings and toppings grab customers attention
- Although there were products similar to ours, we offered
different topping choices such as the banana, chocolate topping and fillings,
whipcream, chocolate chips, marshmellow, and the smores topping.
- what didnt work
- we were short in the ingredients, more sales could be made if
we prepare more ingredients.
- we were short in change, therefore we need to be more
prepared with having enough changes for the customers
- we were reckless about the place to keep the ingredient to stay
in best quality, like the ice cream we put it in refrigerator, but we did not put it
in the freezer.
- what could we improve
- Better organization of shop presentation (messy desk
blahblah) and decorate the shop in order to attract more customer
- Provide more products since we ran out of products so fast
(within an hour and a half)
- Prepare more ingredient and change
- Provide place to keep ingredient to stay best quality.
- get new equipment that we can make more pancakes in one
time baking
- Bring a pan, so that we can keep the pancake warm.
