COURSE OUTCOMES (COMPETENCY UNIT WORK ACTIVITIES)

The person who is competent in this Course Outcomes shall be able to ensure no abnormal screeching sound, no visible and
possible leaking from the friction plate and free from defect to ensure the clutch system function in full optimal performance also
defect free. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:

COURSE DESCRIPTION (COMPETENCY UNIT DESCRIPTOR)

Clutch system rectification is a scope of competency to restore clutch system to provide smooth engagement of gears and
transmits power from the engine to the transmission.

The competency includes perform clutch actuation condition inspection, and service clutch assembly in accordance with Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standard.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure no abnormal screeching sound, no visible and possible leaking from the friction plate
and free from defect to ensure the clutch system functions in full optimal performance also defect free.
