Moreover, it has come fo my attention that Mr, Spiezio- by way of Roberta James- recently contacted the mather of a homicide vicim. On the “three-way cal, the mother states that she was extensively questioned about her deceased son Its against police practice for a convicted felon fo question farily members, witnesses, suspects, tc. in a police investigation. Furthermore, il is absolutely unethical for a convicted felon to have access to police department records, Based on the aforementioned, | hereby request that a formal investigation is opened up into this blatant violation af police policy. Mount Vemon should work firelessly to avoid any appearances of impropriety and unethical dealings, especially among police personnel. It is vitally important for thase records to be in the possession of valid ‘employees of the Police Department. Thank you for your prompt attention to this sensitive matter.
