My site supervisor has asked me to sit in on EIS team meeting.
I am going to sit in the EIS home-care visit pre-team meeting
which was about Routine Based Model: Home Visit Supports
and the team meeting. I will observe and listen to their updates
on each management team and therapy team.
Objectives:
1. The meeting will help me get a better understanding on
what each team is responsible for.
2. The meeting will teach me the importance of teamwork
and how to communicate effectively to co-workers.
3. The meeting will provide the professionals and myself the
opportunity to reflect on their practices.
