a. Fartlek ( pelbagai kelajuan )

Isi : Pengertian
Keupayaan jantung dan sistem peredaran darah membekalkan
oksigen kepada sel-sel badan semasa melakukan aktiviti dalam
tempoh masa yang lama.

Kemahiran : Daya Tahan Kardiovaskular


a. Fartlek
Gaya berlari adalah bebas iaitu seperti berjoging pada peringkat
awal dan seterusnya larian itu bertukar corak mengikut keupayaan
individu dan tahap kecergasan individu.

b. Contoh:
- berjalan pantas
- berlari
- joging
- lari pecut
- lari naik bukit
- lari langkah panjang (tukar had kelajuan)
- lari menurun tangga
