1. Where were you at the beginning of week 1? How many of each exercise could you
do?
I could only perform 15 jumping jacks, 7 push-ups, 13 curl-ups, and 10 squats by Friday
of week 1.
2. As the weeks went by, did it become easier to perform each exercise?
It was a little easier every week, because I practiced a lot.
3. How do you feel about your results?
I feel really happy that I reached my goal for curl-ups and push-ups. I was only 1 away
from my jumping jacks goal and 2 away from my squats goal.
