1. Salary
You will be serving a three months probation after which you will be
confirmed subject to satisfactory performance. Termination of Employment
may be effected by either party as hereunder:
2.1 For employee under probation is by giving the other party two week
notice in writing or by paying two week salary in lieu of two weeks notice.
2.2 For confirmed employee is by giving the other party one (1) month
notice in writing or paying one (1) month salary in lieu of one (1) month
notice.
Annual bonus and monthly incentive will be pay yearly, based in the
company and staff performances.
4. Leave
4.1 Annual Leave
An employee will be eligible for paid annual leave as follows:
- Up to one years service :- 12 working days
- More than one years service :- 14 working days
An employee who is eligible for annual leave is required to apply a leave in
writing to their immediate superior not less than one week before departure.
Leave cannot be accumulated and there will be no payment in lieu of leave
not taken.
Annual leave will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for a period short of 12
month.
The administration of annual leave (application, forfeiture, etc.) will be
governed by current Company s regulations and subject to exigency of
service.

8. Confidentiality
You are required to preserve strict confidentiality about all matters, which
relate to the company and its employees and clients, which may come to
your knowledge during your coarse of employment.
Your employment with the company will be conditional on the correctness of
the information supplied to us in the course of your application.
9. Dismissal
Your employment may be terminated without notice or compensation if:
i) You shall be guilty of any gross misconduct inconsistence with the
expressed or implied terms of your employment ;or
ii) You shall be guilty of other misconduct outside your employment which is
in the opinion of the Management detrimental to the Company s interest ;
or
iii) You have a receiving order in bankruptcy made against yourself or make
any arrangement for the benefit of or composition with your creditors ; or
iv) Have become incapacitated from performing your duties through illness or
injuries or any other course.
10. Circulars/Memoranda
The management may from time to time as deemed necessary issue
circulars /memoranda authorized by the Board and all instructions therein
shall from part of your terms and conditions of service.
