SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, REBECCA LUMBA RAMA, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Purok 5 Patrocinio,
Cortes, Bohol, Philippines, do by these presents hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT, MARY
LAINE SALVIEJO DAMALERIO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Purok 5
Patrocinio, Cortes , Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my
name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent for and appear in my behalf in Criminal Case No. 17352 entitled People of the
Philippines vs. Angelito Bacquero now pending at 7 th Regional Trial Court Branch _____,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol;
2. To attend during the Pre-trial, Trial and in all stages of the proceedings and to enter into
amicable settlement and other modes of alternative dispute resolutions involving the said
case;
3. To make, sign and execute any documents involving the said case and to perform any other
act necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing authority;
4. To receive and handcarry the amount of Twelve Thousand Pesos (P12,000.00) as payment for
the damages incurred relative to this case; and
5. To perform all other acts necessary to carry into effect this Authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
