Elemen-elemen Back of the house (BTOH) : Kitchen,
Receiving & Storage, Employees, Laundry, Housekeeping, Engineering & M,E,P Area
- Latihan Terstruktur : Diskusi panning & design requirment elemen-elemen Front of the house & Back of the House .
- Tugas Mandiri (PR) : Lanjutan Membuat/menyusun Hotel program checklist dan Space Requirment untuk setiap jenis
hotel.
Tujuan Instruksional Umum (TIU) :
Setelah mengikuti kuliah ini Mahasiswa mampu menjelaskan dan mengidentifikasi fungsi fasilitas, functional requirment,
planning & design consideration dari elemen-elemen FOTH & BTOH. (C3).
