from 27 April 2012 to 27 September 2012 as an I.T Technician Officer for a period of 06
Months.

His major responsibilities included working and configuring computer hardware operating
systems and applications, talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or
over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues, troubleshooting system and
network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, prioritizing and
managing many open cases at one time, rapidly establishing a good working relationship with
customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.

His Exposure in these areas is very good. During his tenure with us, he ably handled major
responsibilities and found his to be hardworking and very productive.
