Description :
Hina got married when she was 13 year old. She conceived and 15 year old . She
delivered at home without any antenatal checkup.After birth her baby didnt cry well.
His growth was not well. Hina discussed with her Neighbor and went to doctor for her
baby checkup but it was too late. Her baby was a CP child.

Feelings:
I felt sympathy and depressed for her.

Evaluation;
In this situation good thing was that Hina noticed her child health and discussed with
her neighbor. She went to doctor for baby checkup.
Bad Thing was that she was too young when she got married. She had no any
information about health care.

Analysis:
Hinas baby was not well. She noticed and discussed with her neighbor. Her neighbor
gave her a better advise.
Bad was that Hina had no any awareness about mother child care. No any person
guide her properly for antenatal checkup.

Conclusion:
For this situation ,main reason is that Hina got married at very young age. She had no
any health education and no any proper adviser. If she delivered in hospital, situation
would be different.

Action plan:
Next time for this situation, we should plan proper health care programs. L.H.V,s and
community health visitors should visit at home for antenatal care in villages. Seminars
should be conducted for mother child care.
