The number of chefs, wait and bar staff will depend on the size of your function and your menu selection.
Staff for your function will be invoiced at the following hourly rates:
Waiting and bar staff: $47.50 per hour MondayFriday, $50 per hour Saturday,
$55 per hour Sunday
Chefs: $55 per hour MonFri, $60 per hour Sat, $68 per hour Sunday
Supervisors: $50 per hour MonFri, $55 per hour Sat, $60 per hour Sunday

flavour and quality of our paellas. Starting with a classic stock and using fresh premium ingredients our
paellas are aromatic and full of flavour.
Our wedding day management service will be tailored personally Oversee styling and decoration for the wedding reception
to your needs. Service Fee : $840 including gst ( 8 hour package) Schedule all suppliers for the wedding day
additional hours @ $105 per hour Prepare wedding party for formal entry into the reception

Meals for entertainers and photographers are charged at $30 each Price Variation
and include a main course only. All prices quoted are subject to variation depending on seasonal
