In an effort to raise funds to offset the costs for the members of the schools track
and field team who will be going to the Miami Classics in June, the Physical
Education Department has planned a series of fund raising events.

One such fundraiser is the selling of frozen novelties such as Popsicle during the
lower school lunch period. Consequently, we are requesting _____________ from the
amount that was raised at a previous fund raiser (Hat Day), as a startup capital.

We are hoping to purchase these items on Friday, April 17, 2015, at either the Crazy
Jim Depot on Church Street, Montego Bay or the Kremi Depot on Howard Cooke
Boulevard, Montego Bay.

Re: Fundraising Activities for the Track and Field Team

In an effort to raise funds to offset the costs for the members of the schools track
and field team who will be going to Miami Classics in June, the Physical Education
Department has planned a series of fund raising events.

Consequently, we are seeking your permission to sell frozen novelties such as

Popsicles, three days per week during the lower school lunch break. Be assured that
this fundraiser will be supervised by members of the Physical Education
Department.

The second fundraiser that we have in mind is a concert in the schools auditorium.
If approved, we would be delighted if you could facilitate us in a meeting to discuss
a tentative date as well as any other concerns that you may have.
