2. What yu should be done when you are trying to make a presentation ?
A. Draft the introduction
B. Concentrate on making the middle and conclusion
C. Organize your argument and support
D. Review and improve all material in your draft
E. Design the slide (If we use Power Point)
Remember three principles :
a. Slides should support your massage
b. Visual presentation and written reports speak different
languages (Dont simply cut-and-paste words and
illustrations from your reports into the slides)
c. Keep the slides simple
