Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)Form


RMAs for refund are only valid for 30 days from the purchase date. RMA numbers
expire after 10 days and return for refund or exchange will no longer be an
option, unless the RMA is still within the 30 day return policy. RMAs for
replacement are only valid if the item is reported defective within the first 30
days of purchase date or the item is returned in the exact same condition as
shipped. For all other returns we will automatically process the RMA as a repair.

Items returned with RMA will be denied and returned back to the sender if they are returned
under any of the following conditions:
Any product which shows physical damage
Any product which is not purchased from Computer Upgrade King
Any product without a valid and readable serial number
Any product that does not have an RMA number written on the outside of the box.
Non-refundable/repairable items such as opened software, license keys, etc.

Instructions for Return


Please ensure the following conditions are met prior to shipping your item.
The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form has been filled out and
has been sent to us either by fax, e-mail, or mail to the information located at the top
of this page, and a valid RMA number has been issued to you.
RMA number is written visibly on the outside of the shipping box.
Returned items are double boxed (i.e. Original packaging inside of brown box).
If the conditions are met, please package your item with all of the original accessories and
packaging and take the item to your local shipping office. We recommend using UPS or
Fedex for shipping to ensure items are returned to us using a reliable method of shipping.
Please keep in mind Computer Upgrade King will not be responsible for any damaged
incurred due to improper packaging. As a result, we highly recommend customers to double
box their items and ship using a reliable shipping method, as well as add a moderate
amount of insurance.

Defective Returns
If items are found defective, then customers are subject to a full refund. If there is any
missing packaging or accessories a restocking fee will be imposed.

Non-Defective Returns
In the case that the return is not defective, a refund will be issued minus original shipping. If
the item is returned with any visible cosmetic damage, missing packaging or accessories,
then a restocking fee will be imposed.

Prepaid Shipping Label


If your return is issued a prepaid shipping label, please use the shipping label within 7
business days, otherwise your prepaid shipping label will be void automatically.Please
apply the shipping label to the outside of the box and take it to your local UPS Store for
shipping. If items are found to be not defective, we will discount the cost of the prepaid
shipping label from the refund.

Restocking Fees
Restocking fees will consist of the price difference of the item including degradation,
cosmetic damages, and missing accessories and packaging. Computer Upgrade King
reserves the right to charge a restocking fee if an item returned as defective is found non-
defective, and if the item is returned with cosmetic damages, missing packaging or
accessories.
