Licensing Act 2003: Premises Licence Review - Playhouse Gentlemens Club

I acknowledge receipt of your application for a Premises Licence Rev1ew in respect of Playhouse
Gentlemen's Club, 32 St Marys Street, Cardiff, which was received by this office on 17th February 2017.

I must advise you that we are unable to accept this as a valid application. An application for a Review
should relate to the impact that the licensable activities would have on any of the four licensing objectives.
The licensable activities at this premises are the sale of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment
(in the form of live music, recorded music, the exhibition of films), and the provision of late night
refreshment.

Your application does not relate to any of the licensable activities, and therefore the grounds for your
Review are not relevant and we cannot progress the application.

If you have concerns regarding admission policy of the premises I would suggest that you contact the
management of the premises.
