Why am I fit for the post?

Extensive experience in community service

I have been a part of many social and charitable causes, which are stated as follows:
1. Educare: It was an initiative our school supported. In this, our school supported the education of a group of
children from a nearby slum area. We had to stay back after classes and teach those slum children. We, as students
pioeers of the initiative, went around our communities and societies to collect donations to fund their books and
clothes.
2. Helplage India : This leading charity platform helps older citizens of the country. I was a part of it for a month
and made donations to it.
3. Fast Forward India : I am an active team member of fast forward India group, an ISM Initiative in our college. I
am a part of ESCAPE(English Speaking Course And Personality Enhancement) team and bring in innovative ideas
to ignite the passon fro learning english for the tiny tots of the slum area of my college.
4. Kartavya : I was the centre manager in Kartavya, an initiative of ISMites towards spreading education amongst
the slum children.

A committed team player

I have been a guiding force as a part of many teams. Being a post holder in the SPE team, I have been a part of
every activity and ensured that every activity is success. I realize that working in the team doesnt only require the
knack of getting work done but also requires the skills of doing the work and supervising it perfectly. I have also
performed well in managing a team of drafters at many instances like our annual magazine and
respectwomen.co.in.
As a team player also, in my second year, I have helped the SPE ISM Student Chapter in being an outstanding
student chapter. I have been working as a placement representative in the Council of Training and Placement and
have been a part of the process of convincing Pentaur.com to recruit from ISM.

Has effective time-management

There are very few people who are currently pursuing a minor along with an honors course in our college. I am one
of them. Alongside the academic burden, I also pursue a lot of extra-curricular activities.
