Dear Logan Volunteers,

Thank you for volunteering for Heritage Festival this year! We are very
thankful for your help in making this event memorable for our families and
our community.

Please be sure to be on time for your different shifts in order to ensure

smooth transitions.

The welcome table will be placed at the front of the building. You will
be provided a check in sheet for participating families. Please make
sure to check in each participating family and indicate to them
where they are to set up/go. I will provide you with a map of where
each event is.

Food Items will be set up in the Multipurpose Room

(Cafeteria).

Crafts/Displays will be set up in the Gym.

Performances will be held at 7:00 in the Multipurpose

Room (Cafeteria). Families should have provided me with
any music or extra media beforehand.

Hallway Monitors: Please make sure that students do not enter the
lower section of our building. We will put up signs and barriers to
indicate where. Students are NOT to be in the Library or lower half
of the building. Please make sure students are being safe in the
hallways. If you are monitoring a specific area, please make sure
participating families have everything they need, and that students
are being safe.

At this time please come to the Multipurpose Room

(Cafeteria) to enjoy performances by our students!

END 8:00
At this time please end your activities. There will be
volunteers to help clean up.

CLEAN UP 8:00 - 8:30
