Dear sir/ madam,
Several weeks ago I ordered a Raleigh cycle from your
local retailers in Colchester.

Having ridden the bicycle several times, I now realise that this is a
recurring problem and need action to be taken.

I require the problems to be rectified immediately or a full refund

given.

Combined with the seat problem is the bent chassis, which makes the
bicycle almost impossible to ride

When the bike arrived, I did actually notice that the seat appeared a
little crooked but felt that this was a problem that would be easily
fixed and therefore neglected to mention it.

The front and back wheels are actually out of line which, as you can
imagine, makes the problem even more dangerous!

At first I was very impressed with the quality of service in the branch
and the speed of delivery, however having used the bicycle on several
occasions there are numerous problems which now need to be
rectified.

This problem needs to be rectified immediately
