1. Do you think, what are the benefits that you could acquire in familiarizing the information by
Medical Specialty?

The major benefits I could definitely acquire by familiarizing the information by Medical Specialty are:
to become aware of the specific areas of medicine and medical specialties, improve or highlight
the importance of interdisciplinary communication in facilitating early diagnosis and
treatment because conditions of serious consequence can otherwise be overlooked,
and of course, to know some diagnosis and treatment to relevant info such as news, articles,
multimedia help, health calculators, and more from various fields of medicine that treat different
health conditions.

2. In your case, how far you will handle yourself in terms of your stress tolerance to your studies,
lovelife, and other achievements/experiences or activities. How to resolved or to manage? Do you
think it will affect your human respiratory condition to that circumstances? Give an example scenario.

Stress is a very common obstacle to productivity especially in studies or even in career

success. That's why being able to manage stress effectively can prove pivotal. In order to manage
stress, we must understand that stressful situations arise and don't let the ill effects loom over
ourselves.

They say that self-confidence and self-assurance are key characteristics of mentally
strong people, it definitely helps people work through stress. Lets say for example, instead of
being negative and saying, "I can't handle one more problem, YOU MUST TELL YOURSELF: 'I
can deal with stress, and I'll be OK no matter what happens.

Certain things are out of your control, and for some people, that simple fact is stressful.
People with mental strength, however, know when something is their responsibility. "They spring
into action and engage in active problem-solving when they can prevent and address problems,
and they don't waste energy on the things they can't control."

One important thing is also we should become aware of the warning signs that we are
becoming stressed out. Because of self-awareness, we might be able to adjust our activities and
lifestyle accordingly so we can combat stress effectively. For example, if you're surrounded with
pessimists, chances are they will infringe on your outlook. The same can be said, however, for
optimists.

Stress releases cortisol, a hormone that can cause positive or even negative impacts if it is
too much. It targets many organs in the body and the respiratory system is not an exception. To
keep cortisol levels healthy and under control, breathing exercises and other techniques can be
observed.
