Consists of Chinese Overseas Migrant Workers

Contract Workers means Chinese workers who work in other


countries or regions for foreign enterprises or institutions.

Project Workers means Chinese workers who work abroad


for Chinese Companies on their overseas contracting projects.

Principle
A. To ensure legal, fair and transparent recruitment and temporary stay of
Chinese workers for temporary employment in certain sectors in the
State of Israel

B. To combat illegal recruitment practices and illegal employment of


Chinese workers

C. To eliminate the charging of illegal fees from Chinese workers throughout


their work recruitment process and employment period

D. To ensure the return of Chinese workers to their country upon the


conclusion of their legal stay in Israel
Implementation Procedure in the construction sector

Requirement of Chinese Construction Workers


Have proven vocational skills, experience and high level capabilities in one
or more of the following specialties:

a. Construction Work industrialized building formwork, wood formwork

b. Iron bending

c. Ceramic tiling of floors and walls

d. Plastering Work

e. Any other specialty or skill agreed upon by the Implementing Bodies
