Preheat oven to 350°f. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment.
Beat butter, brown sugar, eggs, apple juice and vanilla in large bowl until
creamy. Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour and stir into
butter mixture. Beat until blended. Stir in oats. Add cinnamon chips, apples
and raisins; stir until blended. Scoop ¼ cup dough and place 2 inches apart
on cookie sheets, flatten slightly. Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly
browned. Cool 5 minutes, remove from cookie sheet to rack to cool completely.
