DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ROLANDO CAPA, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with permanent address
Purok-8, Fort Poyohon, Butuan City, known as, VENDOR and DONDIE RIVERO, of legal age,
married, and with address at Office of the Punong Barangay, Obrero, Butuan City known as
VENDEE, witnesseth;

That the VENDOR is interested to sell and convey in absolute manner his vehicle in
favor of the VENDEE, who is likewise very willing to buy, in the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND
PESOS (12,000,00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from the
execution of this agreement from DONDIE RIVERO;

That for and in consideration of the said amount, the VENDOR hereby conveys by way
of Sale unto the VENDEE, his heirs and assigns the hereunder-described motor vehicle;

That the above vehicle is owned solely by the VENDOR. The vehicle has never been a
