Design, planned and implemented lesson plans for both
large and small groups of varying skills based on the
Common Core Standards. I collaborated with general
education teachers about lesson adaptations and
accommodations for students. I established positive rapport
with students, teachers, parents, and critical family
members through conferences. I worked to maintain a
collaborative learning classroom environment, and
participated actively in faculty meetings, child-team
meetings, and curriculum workshops.
