Components installation in detail

Manifold and MAP nozzles fitting
After having rem oved the aspiration m anifold,
proc eed with the sc ribing and the drilling of it with a
drill of diam eter 5m m (see the pic ture) m aking holes
tilted at 30 respec t the engine direc tion, thread at
M6 and c lean it c arefully and fix the injec tors with a
strong sc rew loc k.
Fix the Map nozzles on the manifold c entre.
Attention: Fix all the pipes with the apposite c lam ps
and verify the resistanc e

Rail fitting
Fit the injection rail horizontally, as the picture shows

Fix with the apposite bracket the rails to the manifold

Attention:Fix all the pipes with the apposite c lam ps and

verify the resistanc e

Reducer fitting
Fit the reducer, as the picture shows, horizontally, with gas
outlet to the right side

Fix with the apposite brac ket the reduc er

Attention: Fix all the pipes with the apposite c lam ps and
verify the resistanc e.

SgisN ECU fitting

Fit the Ecu as the picture shows, with bracker

Fix with the apposite rac ket the Ec u to the c ar body

Wiring connection scheme

Before starting to work on the electric system. disconnect the battery

ORANGE/BLACK Connec t to the orange wire of the Rail
GAS services
BLUE Connec t to the positive of the solenoid valve 12
BLACK Connec t to the negative of the solenoid valve
Water temperature
sensor
ORANGE Connec t to the orange wire of the Reduc er 13
BLACK Connec t to the blac k wire of the Reduc er
+ 12 VOLT Connect white-red wire at one of the positive of the injector

Instruction for tank fitting

Fit the tank in the position as the picture shows

Attention: Make the fitting with the apposite supports and verify the stability
