A NARRATIVE REPORT

ON

SCREENING AND EVALUATION OF SCHOOL INNOVATION PROJECTS (CI PROJECTS) UNDER

PROJECT UGMAD SOUTHERN LEYTE

Division of Southern Leyte successfully conducted the screening and evaluation of school
innovation projects (CI PROJECTS) under PROJECT UGMAD SOUTHERN LEYTE. It was held on
January 13, 2017 at the Plenary Hall of Sogod Central School, Sogod, Southern Leyte. It was
participated in by the Division Assistant Schools Superintendent, Division Personnel, District
Supervisors, School Principals, and the proponents of the different school projects.

Mrs. Cleofe N. Morales conducted the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by a
prayer. Everyone was warmly welcomed by the message of the District Supervisor of Sogod District
1, Josefina C. Tibon. The rationale and objectives of the whole activity was delivered by Dr. Margarito
A. Cadayona, Assistant Division Schools Superintendent.

The proponents of the different school projects were divided into four teams. The following
screening and evaluation committees of the different teams with the corresponding proponents are
the following:

 The proponents presented their school projects individually. The team scrutinized the different
school projects of the proponents individually to improve and innovate it for the betterment of the
school projects. The proponents were able to defend it and accepted the suggestions and
recommendations of the panel for the improvement of their school projects. The entire activity was
successful and productive.
