AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
(TWO DISINTERESTED PERSON)

We, LINDA D. PANGANIBAN, and VICTORIA A. BACALTOS, both of legal age,

Filipinos and with residence and postal address at Blk 4, Lot 39, Prk 1 Ext. Mendiola St.,
Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines and 305 Mendiola St., Alabang Muntinlupa City,
respectively, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
say, that:

1. We are both disinterested person not in any way related by blood or affinity to ERICO
SEGUNDO, the child of Gregoria Carillo and Andres Segundo;

2. We personally know ERICO SEGUNDO, who was born on 01 January 1961 in Ubay,
Bohol because we are long time neighbors in Mendiola St., Alabang, Muntinlupa City;

3. It is personally known to us that in the Certificate of Live Birth of ERICO SEGUNDO, a

copy of which is hereto attached as Annex A, His date of Birth is January 1, 1961.
However, in all of his other Identification Cards, e.g. Drivers License, a copy of which is
hereto attached as Annex B, his date of birth is December 1, 1960;

4. That the real Birth Date of ERICO SEGUNDO, as indicated in his Certificate of Live
Birth, is JANUARY 1, 1961;

5. The aforementioned discrepancy noted therein was not of their own doing, and the
same happened not for the purpose of violating any of the existing laws, rules and
regulation;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
