Note regarding cues in the parts: At a number of places
during the solo sections, cues have been given to the soloist
in reduced note size either in addition to slash marks or,
occasionally, in place of them. The soloist should continue to
solo throughout unless rests appear alone. These cues are
intended to enhance the interaction between the soloist and the
ensemble, but can be ignored if the soloist chooses.
