About the tool?

There are three sheets visible to users in this workbook: Read Me, Activities Index, and 4W

Read Me provides basic information on how to use this information management tool.

Activities Index provides a detailed list of activities being reported in the 4W, their units, and other details.

Activities 4W is the main sheet which partners use to report their activities.

How to use the Dashboard sheet?

Here are some guidelines on how to use the Dashboard sheet:

Dashboard is a READ ONLY sheet and can only be used to review information on activities reported in the "Activities 4W"
apply to retrieve area specific information on activities.

Please refer to the guidance on the top of each Dashboard for further details.
