ORDER

When this case was called for arraignment, the accused appeared duly
assisted by Atty. Joseph Irvin A. Obenza. He requested to be arraigned in
English, a language known to and fully understood by him. After
arraignment, the accused entered a Not Guilty plea to the charge of Parricide
in violation of Article 246 of the Revised Penal Code.

In view thereof, set the pre-trial conference on 17 August 2014 at 8:30

in the morning. Likewise, the preliminary conference for the marking of
document is scheduled on the same date and time. The proceedings will be
held before the Branch Clerk of this Court.

SO ORDERED.
