The tenderers should have successfully completed at least one similar single work for a minimum value of
35% of advertised tender value of work in the last three financial years ( i.e. current year and three previous
financial years). Similar work for the purpose of eligibility criteria under (i) above shall mean : " Construction
of bridge / sub structure of bridge, with pile foundation ". For this purpose, the certificate of similar work
issued by private individual will not be accepted. Other conditions : (A) Offers submitted by Joint
Venture/MOU Consortium are permitted and condition for submission of tenders against Joint Venture will be Allowed

as under: Technical Criteria : (a) Either the JV firm or lead member of the JV firm must have satisfactorily (Mandatory)
completed in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of
the tender, one similar single work for a minimum of 35% of advertised value of the tender. Value of a
completed work done by a member in an earlier JV firm shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned
member's share in that JV firm for the purpose of satisfying his/her compliance to the above mentioned
technical eligibility criteria in the tender under consideration.

capacity ( FC) of tenderers: The FC will be calculated as follows: FC= A x N x 2 - B where, A is the maximum
contract amount received by the Tenderer in any financial year during the previous 3 financial years. N is the
completion period in number of years. If N is less than 1 year, it should be taken as 1(one). B is the balance
value of the ongoing or / awarded works at the time of tendering. If FC of the offer under consideration is
negative, the financial capacity of the tenderer shall be considered as inadequate and next eligible offer will be
considered
