Basic Features:
The trainer components and all the electronics are mounted on a single housing.
The delivery tank is transparent.
The liquid level in delivery tank is measured using a pressure sensor.
The signal from the pressure sensor is sent to the control software. the control
software then produces a signal which affects the pump rotational speed and so
pump flow rate
There is an electromagnetic proportional valve at the delivery valve outlet which
can be activated using the control software to introduce disturbances to the
system and study their effects on the system.
The controller software allows the experiment to be conducted, concluded and
evaluated in an easy and a user friendly way.
The manual supplied with the trainer is well structured and give step by step
instructions to conduct the experiment.
The trainer can be connected to a PC via a USB port.
The trainer is equipped with a port for connecting an interface/- adapter so the
trainer may be controlled by an external PLC Siemens S7 300 or equivalent.

The trainer includes a diaphragm gas pump to compress Gas and charge a
pressure tank.
The tank is equipped with a dial gauge manometer and so pressure can be
observed directly at any moment.
The pressure is also sensed by a pressure sensor whose signal is sent to the
control software.
The output signal from the control software is used to control speed of the
diaphragm gas pump and so it's flow rate.
A flow control valve is used to simulate an air consumer.

1. Microcontroller Trainer MTC 10001 1 Set Picture
Introduction:
Microcontrollers have become ubiquitous embedded aids in our daily lives.
They are compact, single-purpose computers running embedded application
software that are widely used in modern electrical and electronic devices and
systems to control operations, such as temperature settings of ovens, remote
control of television sets, or extended features of cell phones. Automobile
mechanics must work with microcontrollers to control fuel mixtures and
ignition timing. Because microcontrollers are so important to our high-tech
world, demand is high for workers trained to design, maintain, and integrate
them into current and future products.
