Summary
 Knowledge economy demands development of
knowledge societies and communities, facilitated by ICT
 Universities are becoming agents for wealth generation.
 Future Development: Smart Campus
 The process is basically a digitalization of campus, resulting in a
Cyber Universities. Digital ID is critical.
 Main objective of ITB smart campus program is to achieve
academic excellence and creative entreprneurial knowledge
community.
 Economic opportunities of smart campus should be exploited to
support investment and operations.
