CORPORATE CONTRIBUTIONS

• Facilitated a targeted reliability improvement program, which reduced field warranty repair
costs by 30% and improved the reliability of installed systems by 15% and new designs by 50%, saving an
organization over $1 million annually and increasing system sales to customers.
• Developed a supplier reliability module that improved the reliability of purchased components
and assemblies by partnering with key and critical suppliers.
• Built a customer repair and returns analysis and reporting structure to assess product
reliability and drive reliability growth, which increased manufacturing efficiencies and reduced throughput
time by 30%.
• Project managed the development of a family of high reliability handheld devices and lead the
redesign of certain products improving their reliability by >50%.
• Established and implemented a customer installation program that allowed hardware systems
design teams to implement design improvements on current products and incorporate changes to future
designs, increasing customer satisfaction.
• Worked with programmers to create an automated software data management tool that
allowed continuous improvement teams to identify problematic components, thereby reducing the cost of
field failures.
• Developed a design for reliability model that reduced new product ramp problems by 50%,
customer installation problems by 60%, and field warranty costs by 40% and was later incorporated into
new product design requirements.
