Time Instructional Procedures and Strategies

Beginning the Lesson
- start with prayer
3 mins - Before introducing topic, ask questions to students.
- Ask students to close the eyes and ask these questions:
1. What it would be like if you could not see?
2. How would your life be different?
3. What could and couldnt you do?

Developing the Lesson

2 mins - Develop the lesson with sharing goal of the class.
(Jesus is the light of the world AND He can brings the light in the darkness)
- Introduce the topic: Jesus miracle: healing the blind man
10 - Ask students to read the Bible: John 9:1-12 (individual reading)
mins - While reading the verses, ask students to think about this question
(According to these verses, what is one reason some people are born with disabilities?)
- After reading the Bible show short animated video about Jesus healing the blind man.
5 mins - After video, show some questions on the PowerPoint and ask them to discuss in the
15 groups. And chose a leader from the group and answer the question.

- Before closing the lesson, ask one question:
What can you do to help others?
