assentamento no rolamento e proceder a medida "A" como

Colocar uma junta nova na face de assentamento da carcaa
dianteira e medir a distncia entre a face da carcaa e o rebai-
xo do corpo de acoplamento.
Obs.: Medir em dois pontos opostos e anotar o valor mdio.
Subtrair a espessura da rgua.

Turn the housing and insert the input shaft until it fits
completely in the bearing and proceed the measurement A
as follows:
Place the new gasket on the front housing seat face and measure
the distance between the housing face and the clutch body
recess.
Note: Measure at two opposite points and record the average

Measurement B
Measure the distance between the housing face and the flat
face of the 4th speed gear tooth.
Note: Measure at two opposite points and record the average 1650-256
value. Subtract the obtained value from the ruler
thickness.
Calculate A-B
The shim must be with min. 0,6 mm and max. 0,9 mm less than
the value obtained.
Apoiar o anel escolhido no corpo do acoplamento e remover

novamente os eixos das respectivas carcaas.
Rest the selected ring on the clutch body and remove the shafts

Leave the coupling lever in the disengaged position, align the
fork hole and fit the locking pin.
Note: In case of versions without pto, install the cover with
new gasket and tighten the screws to a torque of 60Nm. 1650-275

Install the air tubes and the plungers.

Place the bolts with washers and tighten them to a torque
of 6 Nm.

Montar a restrio com novo anel de vedao na vlvu-

la de acionamento do GP e apert-la com 20 Nm.
Install the restriction with new sealing ring in the GP drive

valve and tighten it to a torque of 20 Nm.

Montar o olhal (menor) do tubo de ar com comprimento de
620 mm, na parte superior da vlvula 4/2 vias e o outro olhal,
na restrio da vlvula de acionamento do GP.
Aperto dos parafusos "ocos"
M10 = 15 Nm
M12 = 20 Nm
M14 = 35 Nm
Install the eye (smaller) of the 620 mm long air line , in the 4/
2 way valve upper part and the other eye, in the GP drive
valve restriction.
Tighten the hollow screws.
M10 = 15 Nm

mento de 320 mm, na parte frontal da vlvula 4/2 vias e
o outro olhal na vlvula solenide.

way valve front part and the other one in the solenoid valve.

mento de 240 mm, na parte de baixo traseira da vlvula
4/2 vias e o outro olhal, no lado do desengate do cilin-
dro do GP.
Install the curved eye of the 240 mm long air tube in the 4/2
way valve rear lower part and the other one on the GP cylinder
desigaging side.

mento de 420 mm, na parte de baixo dianteira da vlvu-
la 4/2 vias e o outro olhal, no lado de engate do cilindro
do GP.
