A Healthier Meal

Based on the data results, I would say that the the healthiest meal based on
calories and DRVs for fat, sodium and carbs, would be a McDonalds meal.
The worst option based on calories, fat, sodium and carbs would be the Back
Yard Burger meal. However, based on the more nutritional components of the
meals (Dietary Fiber and Protein) McDonalds is the worst option and Back
Yard Burger is the healthiest. I think it is important to consider that McDonalds
has more processed food where as Back Yard Burger is know to have more
fresh, less processed options. Another important fact to consider is the amount
of food you get just when ordering a small. A small burger from McDonalds is
probably less that half the amount of a small burger from Back Yard Burger. If
serving size and ingredients were a part of this table, I think the results would
be very different.
