ABSTRACT

In this respect, the role of Human Resource Management [HRM] is moving from the
traditional command and control approach to a more strategic one, and studies have
highlighted Organizational Culture as one of its critical success elements.

The objective of this research is to study the workers perception towards work and other
work related issues with a view to investigate the working of the components of organization
culture among the employees. For this purpose, the response is selected by proportionate
random sampling method. In view of complexity of data the response are processed and
analyzed by using various data techniques

This paper presented here is a survey done on JSW Vijaynagar works employees that tests the
viability of the topic Organizational Culture at this particular organization. This research
survey presented here verifies the findings and tries to obtain the most appropriate results.
After compiling and verifying the obtained results, this survey report manages to draw a
definite conclusion. The report along with the obtained results, tries to offer certain
suggestions and recommendations to JSW Vijaynagar works, purely based on the
Organizational Culture research survey done on their own employees.
